Robert Spencer is the director of the Muslim-bashing Jihad Watch website, a project of the David Horowitz Freedom Center. He is also the co-founder, along with Pamela Geller, of Stop Islamization of America (SIOA) and the American Freedom Defense Initiative (AFDI). Spencer received bachelor of arts and master of arts degrees (religious studies) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
