Jesus said we would be clothed with power from on high. This is a key insight and promise that He gave to us. It was and is expected to be experienced. The promised presence and power of the Holy Spirit is not only a joy for the believer in Christ but the power of the Spirit of God is that is needed. The works of Chirst and the evangelization of the world can not be done without this supra-natural fire!
The Holy Spirit Himseld says ....do not put out the Spirits Fire!
A. THE HOLY SPIRIT IS A PERSON

It is the will of God. It is the blessing and promise of God.
It is the FIRE that is seen and flows on, in and through the
believers/body of Christ ACTS 4:30---

THE PURPOSE OF BEING CLOTHED/FILLED WITH THE POWER OF THE HOLY SPIRIT!
YOU SHALL BE MY/JESUS WITNESS'ESS.....SPIRIT FILLED, LED, ON FIRE,
GROWING SOUL WINNERS
I. WHEN YOU ARE FILLED WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT
1. It is 'seeable' and feelable!
a. You are filled with JESUS and centered on HIM
b. You are filled with SPIRIT-UAL Power/dynamic!
c. You are filled with the Love of God...Eph. 3:14-
You will and can not help becoming a WITNESS/soul winner for Jesus!
J. HOW TO BE FILLED WITH THE POWER OF THE HOLY SPIRIT
1. Make sure your saved and sure!
2. Don't grive Eph.4 or Quench 1 Thess. 5 the Holy Spirit
A. REPENT AND FORSAKE SIN AND DOUBT

B. YEILD ALL YOUR LIFE TO JESUS/BE OBEDIENCE
TO HIS WORD AND MISSION

C. ASK FOR AND BY FAITH RECIEVE THE FULLNESS
AND POWER OF THE HOLY SPIRIT
It is God's will to be Filled Epn.5; 1John 5
TAKE THE TIME TO GET BEFORE GOD AND SEEK BY FAITH THIS GRACE AND PROMISE!
When you seek and by faith recieve the power of the Holy Spirit and are
filled you may feel God's power all over you. Some have shouted and praised
God others knelt to the ground in holy awe and joy...others shook some cried
and many poured into worship and praise. Some had gifts of the Spirit come
on them at that moment others just got up and started witnessing and winning
souls to Jesus.
When filled with the Holy Spirit- He will set you on spiritual fire and Power of
the Holy Spirit will open the Word, deepen worship, enbolden your prayers,
strengthen your obedience, empower your endurance and may even cause
miracles.......READ THE BOOK OF ACTS
Getting filled with the Spirit is the normal Christian life, it is what we are
called to be. It's also the beginning and we should .....
