When occultists and satanists conjure dark powers and seek to harm others there is a price to pay ......by them. You cannot dance with the demons on dark razor blades and not walk away uncut! Demons seem to exact a price when you play in they're circle. The dark spirits are finite but the Spirit of God in those who walk with Jesus Christ is infinite. Maybe you have not read 1 John 4. This scripture refers to believers in Christ.
"4You, dear children, are from God and have overcome them, because the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world. "

Well its been a great week so far. I have talked over the phone with a number of new friends who have been listening to the live show on Sunday nights. It is amazing how God does work if only we let Him.
This friday night we have the annual 'Burn the devil bon fire' outreach celebration. I will have some pictures to post next week. We take time to pray, worship God, share the Word and ........take time to repent and close any doors we have opened in our lives to the work of the enemy. This bon fire celebration time takes in what is a very dark ritual date and seeks to unleash prayer over it. We go over the work of the Cross and the defeat of satan and all demonic forces.
It is important not to embrace and join the halloween holiday . Instead as Christians we should never hide out, we should unleash the kingdom of God and reach the lost with the power of God.
''And having disarmed the powers and authorities, he made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross.''(Col.2:15)
''He who does what is sinful is of the devil, because the devil has been sinning from the beginning. The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the devil's work.'' 1John 3:8
"I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile." Romans 1:16
No matter what the days look like never forget that Jesus has won the victory and is coming again. Christians should live with this victory in mind every day. The book of 1 John would be a great study for this weekend.
